- Report Validity: Inspection reports are valid for 2 days or 20 km, whichever comes first, from the date of inspection.
- Inspection Booking: All inspections must be booked at least 1 day in advance.
- Out-of-Service Location Visits: If the inspection location is outside our service area, an additional travel charge will apply, based on distance, and will not exceed ₹450.
- Inspection Fees: The standard inspection fee is ₹1,399/-.
- Cancellation Policy: If an inspection is cancelled after the booking is confirmed or when our agent is already on the way, 50% of the inspection fee will be charged.
- Data Privacy: We do not share or sell your data under any circumstances.
- On-Site Requirements: You must inform the seller/dealer that the inspection takes 1 to 1.5 hours, vehicle documents must be provided, and a road test of 3 to 5 km is required.
